1. Your Digital Loyalty Card

• Each loyalty card is delivered via email as a unique digital discount code created specifically for the customer.

• The code is for personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. Validity Period

• Loyalty cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Once the 12-month period ends, the card expires automatically.

• To continue receiving discounts, a new loyalty card must be purchased after expiry.

3. Discount Levels

• Silver Loyalty Card (£50): 10% off selected products

• Gold Loyalty Card (£100): 20% off selected products

• Discounts apply to selected products only and may change from time to time.

4. Using Your Discount

• Your loyalty discount can be used as often as you like during the valid period.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, sale prices, or discount codes.

• During promotional periods, loyalty discounts will be temporarily unavailable.

5. Digital Access

• This is a digital-only loyalty card. No physical card will be issued.

• It is your responsibility to keep your discount code safe and accessible.

6. Non-Refundable

• Loyalty card purchases are non-refundable, including partial use or unused time.

• If you upgrade from Silver to Gold, a new Gold card must be purchased.

7. Fair Use

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a loyalty card if it is misused or shared.

• This helps keep the program fair and valuable for all members.

8. Changes & Updates

• We may occasionally update offers, participating products, or these terms to keep the program running smoothly.

• Any changes will always aim to improve the loyalty experience.
