Due to the nature of our products being pre order only, we always advise a turnaround time of 7 - 10 working days for delivery. We will always aim to deliver within this time frame, if not sooner, however, please understand that during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery can sometimes take longer than 10 working days especially when the companies that we use for shipping do also take time off over the festive period.

As all of our products are made to order, we operate on a pre-order basis. Production begins as soon as your order is placed, with a typical turnaround time of 2–3 months for delivery.

Each unit is carefully manufactured and thoroughly tested by our technical team prior to dispatch, ensuring everything arrives in perfect working condition.

While we always aim to meet — and where possible, beat — this timeframe, please note that during peak periods (such as Christmas), delivery times may be slightly extended. This is due to increased demand and potential delays from shipping providers during the festive season.
