Step by step guide

Send your enquiry to info@customdesigncovers.com
When making contact with us please ensure that you include all of your requirements within your email and attach any logo or artwork files that you have. We will then provide you with a quotation for your requirements. If you are happy and you wish to proceed, you will be invoiced for payment.

Once paid you will then receive your receipt and order confirmation.
Once the agreed art work is confirmed our designers will go to work to create your cover design, once complete you will be emailed proof of artwork for your approval.
Once approved by yourself your order will then be sent to our production team.
Your cover will go into production
Your cover is then dispatched for delivery

Please note: Once you’ve approved your design and your cover has gone into production, we’re unable to make changes or offer refunds, as it’s a custom-made item.

Starting costs:

Your starting costs are from £170.00

Should your design require any images to be provided by us to make up your custom design this will be charged accordingly on top of the starting base price.

COLOUR VIEWING DISCLAIMER
Due to many factors, we cannot guarantee that the colours displaying on the website/phone or other viewing devices will exactly match the colour of the product. Images are displayed in RGB and the product is printed in a different format. There are many variables which can change the way you “see” the colours as you view on your device. Screens are capable of displaying up to 32 million colours and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colours. Within that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition, people’s device manufacture and settings may influence how colours are displayed depending on brightness and contrast.

Please Note: These are pre order only products and our turnaround time from the time of order to delivery is 4-5 weeks. In some cases this may be sooner.

We cannot be held responsible for outside supplier or courier delays however, we will always try our best to keep you updated should their be any delays to your order past the stipulated 4-5 weeks as stated above.
